Permanent Establishment & Redomicilisation

Cyprus legislation permits all foreign companies, registered outside of the Republic to legally operate and do business in Cyprus by registering a branch of foreign companies or permanent establishment (PE) in Cyprus.

Such PE will be registered with the registrar of Cyprus companies and will operate in accordance with local Company Law (CAP113).

Income sourced in Cyprus by the PE of a foreign company is subject to 12.5% corporate tax in Cyprus
